Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us by a clear statement:

You may use the model cancellation form below, but this is not mandatory. Sending your cancellation notice before the fourteen-day period expires is sufficient.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional delivery costs resulting from a more expensive delivery method chosen by you are not reimbursed.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first. We use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after informing us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day return period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please do not send returns to Printful or another manufacturer unless we expressly instruct you to do so.

You are responsible only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return process

1. Email hello@ehsanrakhshandeh.com within fourteen days of receipt and state your order number and your decision to cancel.
2. Pack the item securely. A tracked shipping method is recommended.
3. Send the return at your own expense to Ehsan Rakhshandeh, Sedanstraße 34, 30161 Hannover, Germany.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item under the rules above and place a new order for the preferred size or design.

Damaged, defective or incorrect goods

The return-cost rule above applies to a normal cancellation. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, contact us promptly at hello@ehsanrakhshandeh.com with your order number and clear photos. Your statutory rights for defective goods remain unaffected; valid defect claims are not treated as customer-funded returns.

Personalised goods

The statutory right of cancellation may be excluded for goods made to the customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised. Standard Edition 01 designs and standard size selections are not treated as personalised solely because they are printed on demand.
